We have building offering remote work facilities – whether you want a home office set up right in your unit or if you want more of a coworking space in the building’s common areas, we will make sure you can get your work done from wherever you decide to live.
There are luxury buildings with holistic healthcare facilities – spa facilities like infused showers, hot salt baths, guided meditation, rooftop yoga, etc. One of our northside buildings has a cocktail bar and coffee shop in the lobby, a pool on the rooftop, and a boxing ring in the basement.
Lakefront properties have beach rental items built into the amenities, riverfront properties may have kayaks, penthouses include butler service upon reservation, etc. Whether you need a bath drawn and candles lit for a private night at home or Thanksgiving dinner catered for 16, many of our buildings are staffed appropriately.
Some buildings even have childcare options right in the building so during the summer when you decide not to send your children to one of the summer camps, you can at least send them downstairs where a team of certified childcare professionals will help keep your kids busy, social, and active during the day.
